Timothy David Miller-Roberts was arrested on May 2 by HCSO and booked for PC261.5(d) statutory rape, PC261(a)(3) rape of an intoxicated victim and PC288(c)(1) lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. In the complaint by the DA, he is only charged with two counts, PC 261 (a) (3) and PC 288 (c) (1).

James Pawlyk was arrested on May 6 for a parole violation. On May 17, he pulled his old tricks and refused to come to court. Arraignment was continued to this afternoon.

Since when is scheduling and court availability a confidential discussion? That information can be stated in open court and courtroom availability is something that is stated in court all the time. Today, attorneys had to "approach the bench."

Daniel Lloyd Sanchez arrested on child molestation charges

Daniel Lloyd Sanchez was arrested yesterday by Rio Dell Police Department for PC289(d) forcible penetration with a foreign object, PC261.5(d) statutory rape, PC288(c)(1) lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 with the defendant being at least 10 years older, PC288.5(a) continuous sexual abuse of a child and PC288(a) lewd or lascivious act with a minor child under 14.

This is the second arrest in 4 days by RDPD for child molestation.

James Pawlyk was arrested on May 6 for a parole violation. On May 17, he is back to his old tricks and refusing to come to court. Arraignment was continued to tomorrow.

I have covered Pawlyk before his most recent  arrest. Pawlyk was sentenced to a prison after a stint at Napa State. Before he went to Napa, Pawlyk  claimed to be a Shasta County Judge and a FBI agent in court.

Why is Blaquelorde allowed not to show up for court and waste court staff and time?

Thomass Blaquelorde is suing Sherlock mini storage. He does not show up at hearings but keeps filing nonsense. To my knowledge, he is the only one that has faced no consequences for being a no show in court twice now. He keeps filing improper paperwork despite his so called legal background. Why has he not been declared a vexatious litigant? What is the difference between Sai Rose and Blaquelorde? He is taking time away from court staff helping people with valid claims. When the law library was open, he was allowed to remain there drunk or high and harasss people. Are their special rules for Blaquelorde who hangs out in seedy motels, alleys and the streets of Eureka with frequent flyers seen in Humboldt court?

Finally, this morning, a sleepy or hungover Nicholas Hedrick aka "Stayn" appeared via Zoom to enter a guilty plea to PC 594 (b) (1). He chose not to turn his camera on or appeared by phone. The Court did not inquire. His responses to Judge Christopher Wilson were exasperated "yes" and "yep."

Bear River homicide suspect is in Humboldt jail

 Murder suspect Mauricio Johnson was booked into the Humboldt jail yesterday evening. He was extradited from Utah on a warrant and brought back to Humboldt by a HCCF team. HCSO PIO Samantha Karges told me Johnson is being held without bail.
