DA wants to amend charges in kidnapping and domestic violence case
Preliminary hearing for kidnapping and domestic violence suspect Chong Her scheduled yesterday was vacated because no interpreters were available.

Judge Lawrence Killoran finished hearing arguments on the 995 motion to dismiss charges for alleged rapist Darius Upshaw this morning. He will issue a written ruling.
Upshaw is charged with 6 counts of oral copulation of an intoxicated victim. The alleged victims are two young male victims.

On November 4th, 2020, around 4:00 PM, Mendocino County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to a suspicious circumstances on private property located in the area of the 11000 block of Low Gap Road, Ukiah, CA.
