Alleged marijuana sale turns into alleged robbery at Garberville inn
Alleged theft of marijuana plants in Dinsmore leads to arrest in Fortuna
On Saturday, September 23, 2017 at about 8:09 a.m. Humboldt County Sheriff Deputies spoke with a resident in Dinsmore who reported the theft of numerous marijuana plants. The victim noticed a vehicle parked in the area during the time of the theft and was able to record the license plate.

Bail set incorrectly for Cory Fisher, here is why
Bail was reset at three million dollars.
Bail was incorrectly set at arraignment. So Fisher was brought back to Courtroom 2.

Charges are Count 1 Carry a loaded firearm on one's person in a city. Count 2 Possess/Etc. a firearm in a public building. Both misdemeanors. The firearm listed in the complaint is a.32 pistol.
