Emergency personnel responded to the rear of Lost Coast Brewery for a subject that's reportedly been stabbed.  The suspect(s) fled east on 3rd St in a newer style Gray Jeep Patriot with Arizona license.

The facts that came out of the preliminary are summarized by the following:

1)  Kyle was not aggressive when inquiring about the cell phone and was in fact cordial according to all the witnesses (“Castillo said Zoellner was not being aggressive”).

Since I had not heard from Ocean View Cemetery, called them today. The owner was on the other line with Mr. Don McCombs, the Crematory Manager.

On 05/13/17 at about 3:50 PM, officers from the Arcata Police Department were investigating the recent vandalism to multiple trees in the downtown area of Arcata.

Is healing a community repeatedly claiming the death of David Josiah Lawson was racially charged crime without any evidence supporting that claim, so far

Who appointed Elijah Chandler and Alex Foster as spokespersons for Ms. Lawson?

What have Brothers United done besides being front and center getting media attention to help solve this case? Have those attending the party volunteered to be fingerprinted? Have they agreed to be fingerprinted, if asked?

So supportive people are defined as Elijah Chandler, Tina Sampay, and others still claiming this was a racially based crime without evidence and still maligning this community?

Nolan Bruder sentenced for rape of his 16 year old sister; he gave her marijuana to smoke before having sex with her

The Del Norte District Attorney's Office 

announced that Nolan Bruder (20) of Crescent City was sentenced this afternoon by the Honorable William H. Follett to the low term of three years, with all but 240 days (at half time in county jail) suspended in favor of a grant of probation for Rape of an Intoxicated Person.  The victim in this case was Bruder's sixteen year old sister who he gave high-potency marijuana "dabs" to smoke after she repeatedly resisted his sexual advances until she reached the point of no longer recognizing him as her brother.  Bruder pleaded guilty earlier this month.

"Today we caught something disturbing on video. Maintenance men at Ocean View Cemetery in Eureka golfing on top of graves in the veteran's section. When we realized what was happening and started heading their way, they immediately grabbed their clubs and ball and went to their vehicles. If they'll golf on veteran's graves, what else are they doing where our loved ones are? "
