Samuel Fayne Walton was booked into the Humboldt County jail yesterday for PC 311.11 (a) possession of child pornography after being remanded in court.
After all the times, I have called out the no consequences for these charges in Humboldt and local judges; I am surprised it was Judge Kaleb Cockrum but further research of court records showed that both the Public Defender's office and Judge Cockrum wasted hearings and court resources to reduce Walton's time in jail instead of sending Walton to jail when he was sentenced on 1/14/26 for the 120 days.
