Criminal threats and hate crimes suspect Daniel Epperson was granted supervised release this afternoon by Judge Lawrence Killoran. Alleged victims are Lee Ulansey and Josh Ulansey.
Trial confirmation is on 3/27; jury trial 4/2.
Court minutes and records do not indicate any protective order was filed or served but that is condition #15.
3/27: Trial confirmation continued by defense. 4/2 date vacated. Trial confirmation on 4/16; jury trial on 4/22.
4/16: Another motion to continue by defense. Trial confirmation rescheduled for 6/10; jury trial for 6/17.
