Raymond Sean Vogel was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday for PC 290 (f) and PC 290.018(b). Both charges are failure to register as a sex offender.
PC 290 (f) : The person was convicted of violating Section 288 (a) lewd acts with a child in two proceedings brought and tried separately. Maybe Fortuna PD has some other information for the PC 290 (f) charge but there isn't a Humboldt criminal case with those charges.
I am not listing all of Vogel's local court cases which are not all criminal cases.
A 2018 Humboldt Superior Court case for PC 290.012 (a) and PC 290.013 (a) was dismissed by Judge Kelly Neel because the Court did not find sufficient evidence to hold Vogel to those charges. That arrest was by Eureka Police Department Officer Joseph Couch.
