If this results in an arrest, EPD won't have to go far to book him in jail



Traffic stop on Fourth Street. Took this photo in the last 30-45 minutes.  If this results in an arrest, EPD won't have to go far to book him in jail.

The driver was smoking while the EPD officer was checking information in the patrol car.
