Darius Dejaun Upshaw was arrested yesterday by Arcata Police Department for PC 287 (i), oral copulation of a minor.
APD Lt. Todd Dokweiler said, "The APD received two complaints of sexual assault from two survivors. Upon investigation it was determined probable cause existed to arrest Mr. Upshaw. The information I can release is of course limited, both because the investigation is ongoing and to protect the privacy of the survivors."
