Richard French is scheduled to be arraigned on information tomorrow. The District Attorney has charged French with Count 1 attempted murder. Special allegation for Count 1 is use of a deadly weapon. Count 2 is assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm.
Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is French's attorney.
