Local government and courts meeting to discuss plan for second "possible" PSPS shutoff

I am not going to post every PG and E update or other update on scope or a potential loss of power.

I checked with City of Eureka this morning and the Humboldt Superior Court. Meetings are being held this morning to discuss the plan and shutoff.
