Kayla Brown did commit to jail yesterday. Right now her projected date to be released out of custody is May 13, 2019. Inmates that commit to jail get half time. If she serves the full sentence, her date will be July 13, 2019.
Humboldt County jail does not have a PC unit for women so Brown is housed in max.
