A hearing regarding ex HSU football player Raul Sierra's diversion agreement was scheduled for May 8. Sierra met all conditions of his diversion agreement. The false imprisonment by violence was dismissed by the People.
Sierra was originally charged with forcible rape by use of drugs but the case resolved with a plea of guilty to one count of false imprisonment by violence and one count of assault.
