Chad Smith's jury trial is set for August 6. Trial confirmation set for July 18. Trial estimate is 6 weeks.
Ms. Anakalia "Andrea" Kaluna Sullivan is representing Smith. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case.
Ms. Eads did bring up that she has the Marci Kitchen trial set for August 20. Ms. Sullivan mentioned her client has been in custody for a year.
Smith was very polite to Ms. Sullivan and mouthed thanked you in court.

Of course when his lawyer mentions that he has been in custody for a year she neglects to include that it is entirely due to his shenanigans. Had I been the judge I would have cited his firing of his attorneys, oh and that he ya know, waived time...
