The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that detained immigrants are not entitled to periodic bond hearings

The Supreme Court ruled today 5-3 that certain immigrants or asylum seekers do not have an automatic right to periodic custody or bail hearings.


Justice Elena Kagan recused herself in November, citing a conflict.

  1. In the county for years and never even applied for citizenship, got DUIs, failure to appear, sorry kids that carpet your old buddy Barack laid out for just got yanked out. Trump's weeding out the couch setters and scofflaws.
