Jon Goldberg's 995 motion for 2017 case continued Friday



Motion to consolidate both of Jon Goldberg's cases and a 995 motion to dismiss both counts in the 2017 were scheduled for June 12 in Courtroom 5.

 Continued to Friday until 8:30 a.m. so Judge Christopher Wilson can review the transcript from the preliminary hearing.
