Repeat offender Aaron Hooven was arrested June 21, resolved his case on June 27 and arrested today for violation of restraining order. I am not going to keep covering these frequent offenders who keep getting released repeatedly instead of facing consequences and get arrested within days. Too many of these in Humboldt.
8/16: I am not following this repeat offender but here are some of his arrests this year. Cases had to be merged. These minutes give you an idea of how much time this man has wasted.
