Luke Allen Patrick Olsen-Smith was arrested by other Humboldt County law enforcement yesterday and booked for attempted murder PC664/187(a) and criminal conspiracy PC182(a)(1). It looks like he was arrested on a Ramey warrant.
HCSO PIO Samantha Karges told me, "According to our Corrections staff, Mr. Olsen-Smith was booked into the facility by law enforcement officers from Marin County."
He was arrested on March 27 in Mckinleyville and booked for possession of metal knuckles (PC 21810), disorderly conduct under the influence (PC 647(F)) and possession of a controlled substance (HS 11377(A).
