Preliminary hearing was scheduled for burglary suspect on July 31. Once again, change in dates at request of defense. Setting of preliminary hearing is on September 10.
Vandermeer's attorney is Mr. Ben Okin. Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward is the prosecutor for this case.
