Trial setting for local jeweler Darin Goodale was scheduled for June 6. Trial confirmation is on June 13. Jury trial is scheduled for June 25. Time waiver was withdrawn today.
Mr. David Celli is representing Goodale. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers was in court today for the People.
