Mr. Benjamin Okin was representing Grow. Mr. Okin told the court that Grow can no longer afford to retain him. The Public Defender's office was appointed for Grow.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer requested a bail.increase. A hearing to address that and setting for jury trial is scheduled on May 16.
