EPD responds to a call at City Barber in Old Town; subject starts having medical issues as he is being detained

EPD responded to a call to an Old Town business, City Barber, located  on 2nd and  J Streets in Eureka.

 The caller told police said a suspicious male in the area had been spotted on remote surveillance cameras and it seemed that suspicious male had covered the camera.






EPD responded and found a male in the alley near the business.  EPD also found the camera had been painted over.

The man was detained and checked. Allegedly, went into seizures, scanner only said medical issues.

According to Operation Safe Streets, who first reported this: " Low and behold he came back on summary probation x 4 for a variety of offenses including but not limited to, thefts and drugs.  "
