Motion to continue sentencing filed in Jon Goldberg case


On April 13, Jon Goldberg's case is scheduled to discuss an entry of an arbuckle waiver.

Sentencing is currently set for May 11.

The Public Defender filed a motion to continue sentencing on April 6. That will also be heard on April 13.
