A third doctor has been appointed to evaluate Richard Dean, the Hoopa man charged with the murder. He allegedly stabbed a 52 year old man in Arcata.
Setting of the preliminary hearing and status of doctor's report was scheduled for today. Dr. Matto recently met with Dean. Report has not been received by court or attorneys. Status of that report is scheduled for May 30.
