Staying out of custody means racking up more charges for Desiree Henley


Desiree Henley, charged with arson and aiding and abetting in the Blue Heron case, was arrested by EPD on December 8 for alleged violation of PC 602.5, criminal tresspass or unauthorized entry of a dwelling.


EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell said,"Desiree Henley and Jason Barnes were arrested on December 8, 2017 around 11:30 a.m.  They were arrested for trespassing at a residence on the 2100 block of Progress."

She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for January 18 for the Blue Heron case.
