The Supreme Court is hearing arguments right now from attorneys representing Colorado baker Jack Phillips, who owns Masterpiece Cakeshop in Lakewood and David Mullins and Charlie Craig, a gay couple, who wanted Phillips to make their wedding cake in 2012.

Phillips claims Colorado's ruling in 2015 violates his free speech and religious freedom.

Mullins and Craig claim discrimination.

  1. Free speech isn't pretty. Exercising your right to refuse service to anyone for any reason you want is your right as a business owner, even though it makes you a homophobic idiot who throws good income out the door. If your religion tramples on the rights of other citizens in their pursuit of peaceful happiness you're just another branch of the Taliban.

  3. The fags purposely went to a Christian bakery just to bully the Christian. They could have gone to a fag bakery, but they wanted the thrill of pushing around a Christian. They aren't "proud". They aren't "gay". They are fascist bullies. And yes : They SUCK. To hell with them. It's a given.

They just went all, Oh no you ditant when the stupid gay hater wouldn't make their cake. Whole bunch of egos get bent out of shape and we all got to listen to the little fight. Whos paying for the fight is the biggest question.

  6. Put this case to the test : Force some Jewish holocaust survivors to bake a Nazi cake that says "Too bad Adolf didn't get every one of you kikes". Or force a homo bakery to make a cake that says "AIDS kills fags... Thank GOD!". Turnabout is fair play. Oh well.

  7. "I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU" business sign now doesn't mean crap anymore? When did liberalism far left become the common law of the land? When all the Clinton/Obama judges got their claws into the court system is when this perverted change took place. Is Soros backing this court fiasco? Or the ACLU Communist agenda backing this court case?
