Attemped homicide suspect gets five years formal probation

Elisha Wilson's sentencing on November 15 was continued yet again, to November 30. Finally, she got sentenced.

All those continuances paid off and she got five years formal probation.
Judge Feeney received some documents at 5 p.m. on Nov 14. They were from probation and requested by the defense. Judge Feeney needed time to review the documents.

Too many cases, too little time. Could be he slogan for Humboldt County Superior Court, whether you are a Judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, probation or court staff.

Meant to post this on November 30 but it was a busy day and a busy week with lots of other cases, last minute schedule changes,  and sitting in court.

As is often the case, just like the Anthony Domenico case, after the initial headlines, people just move on to the next case. Wilson was arraigned for two cases within days of each other.

  1. When you release Elisha, make sure she has a track/bracelet because more than not, she'll repeat her hostility and prove the courts WRONG!!!!!
