Jury trial for Sotolongo's homicide case scheduled for March 26

A hearing to set dates in Gearold Sotolongo's homicide case was scheduled this morning.
Trial confirmation on 2/28. Jury trial on 3/26/18.


Sotolongo is charged with the death of Roger Yale.

At the last hearing, Judge Dale Reinholtsen told Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees and Deputy Public Defender Kelly Neel that he wanted Court Operations Manager Kelly Nyberg present and involved in scheduling.
