Sometime between Thursday evening and Friday morning, this is what someone did to an ATM at Wells Fargo

I just walked past the Wells Fargo ATM, saw this, ran into some customers. All in shock, saying, "what is happening to this town?"; "People are ruthless."

Just spoke with an source.

"Somewhere between Thursday night and Friday morning a perp attempted to break into Wells Fargo's ATM using a large piece of concrete.

"There were multiple cameras to record this event and EPD is involved."

"These ATMs cost tens of thousands of dollars. So, no Prop 47 "catch & release" here."

Update (Monday, October 16:
From EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell:

"A report was made on October 13, 2017 just after 9 a.m.  The damage happened sometime over the night.  The incident is under investigation. "

The officer who handled the report is on his day off today.
