So is North Coast People's Alliance sponsoring a progressive candidate for Fourth District Supervisor?

On October 21, people who attended the  North Coast People's Alliance have been chatting about Tamara McFarland introduced a woman at the meeting who worked on an Obama campaign  as a candidate/ possible candidate for Fourth District Candidate Supervisor.
One name that has been circulating around and fits the descripton is Mary Ann Lyons. I did contact her. We briefly spoke. Ms. Lyons said, at this time, there is no information to share.

So far confirmed candidates for the position are incumbent Supervisor Virginia Bass and her first official challenger Dani Burkhart.

I have known Mary Ann for  long time. I have known her since I moved here. She does care and genuinely for this community.  If she does run for this position, I wish her the best.
