Orick suspect Elisha Wilson pleads out before her preliminary hearing

The preliminary hearing for attempted murder suspect Elisha Wilson was scheduled for this morning. She chose to plead out. Her sentencing is on October 26.

At the last hearing, the People made an offer that if Wilson plead guilty to  shooting at an inhabited dwelling and a weapons allegation that there would be a "six year cap" on her prison sentence.

Wilson is charged with Count 1 attempted murder; Count 2 assault with a firearm. Both counts have special allegations of using a firearm in the commission of a crime.

The alleged victim is Valerie Ann Hasier.
