Bail was reset at three million dollars.
Bail was incorrectly set at arraignment. So Fisher was brought back to Courtroom 2.
Deputy Roger Rees usually does not do CAST cases. Mr. Rees had indicated at arraignment earlier that he would be checking with one of the CAST attorneys regarding the amount of bail.
The CAST attorneys are Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads and Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer.
The bail was increased to three million, which is according to schedule, due to special allegations and multiple (three) victims. Certain offenses which would be lifetime sentences, if Fisher is convicted.
Public Defender David Marcus appeared in court since Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo was visiting a client in jail. Even though Mr. Russo rushed back, the bail had been reset by then.
Other media that were there earlier had left so they were not in court.
I have requested a booking photo twice from HCSO. He has a fuller beard now than in this Facebook picture. Just followed up with EPD for a booking photo too, but it is late Friday.

Fisher had a lot of run ins with the law as a youth, but those records were sealed after he became a legal adult. Seems to me that police should have access to this information for background checks, but they don't, so they'll keep making the same mistakes. Fisher was raised by a disabled mother who tried hard to keep him on the narrow path. His father, a sex addict, lives in Oregon and rarely saw his son growing up.
