Organizing a protest but didn't even bother to check the facts of the original location

From the event facebook page:

"Hey everyone. It has been brought to my attention that the Arkley Center is not owned by the Arkley's. We are changing the protest location to his business Security National at 323 5th St, Eureka, CA 95501."

Judging from the hateful , disgusting posts on her event page and some of the people supporting her, including Allen McCloskey, this "protest" stinks of agenda, despite the claim that it is concern about the transfer of land to the Wiyot.

So far, most of the shit stirrers are just that; shit stirrers. Johanna Tenderfoot Johnson doesn't list a present job. The facebook event page is full of hatred but of course, no one in the local cowardly media will cover that, it is not PC. Figures she moved here from Santa Barbara. Another SoCal social justice warrior transplant bringing negative baggage to this area.

Transfer of the land issue aside, the initial coverage by LOCO was selective misinterpretation. The subsequent outrage is just a bunch of Humboldt disgruntled losers taking cheap shots at Rob Arkley, because they can.

You may not like what he said but to attack his business or mine or anyone else because of speech is not your right.

In this country, especially after the recent election, the vitriol and supression of speech comes from the rabid left. Including encouraging violence. So much for tolerance.

  1. I was hoping nobody would tell her. But in a strange way, she may have called herself out on her own protest. "Wait a minute, you mean in the mid 2000s the Arkleys spent a ton of money restoring this building....for art??? And they don't even own it now? Terrible people...."

  2. Why, please tell me why, after the Arkley's have spent so much of their money & time into this community, and all they get is crap for it (except for a few 100 people who really appreciate it, like me) do they still live here & keep doing it? They obviously have a much thicker skin than me. They could be investing that money somewhere more appreciative such as fortuna, McK. Thank goodness they keep it in Eureka!!

    1. They do it because they genuinely care about this community. Despite the fact that they get vilified by the clueless, cowardly, left in this town and their brain dead following sheeple. There are many people in this town with money who do nothing but the liberal media won't go after them. They won't go after those on the left with $ because they need them to exist. They won't go after those on the right, middle, whatever because they have no clue and the Arkleys are a convenient target. Despite the fact that I have equally called out movers and shakers regardless of who they are and am independent, the hateful left continue to spread lies. Humboldt aka Berniephobia should lose all the few peoole with money and vision and hard work who care, then then the moochers and criminals can fight it out. But unlike these fools, some of us chose to live and do what we can to improve this community.

  3. I meant to type Berniefornia but Berniephobia fits. Just like the national left, anti Trumpers continue to ignore the scandals on the Clintons and Bernie Sander's wife, all mega rich, the local left denies who is really getting rich of this community. Most of the media in this town, except for North Coast News and Mad River Union is a joke and I include KINS in that group.

    1. Instead of standing up for the people, the above mentioned media just stirs up shit, collects their paycheck and their trolls and friends go after me anonymously. Then they threaten to go after my advertisers and have. So yes, I will call them out regularly until they get ethics, professionalism, and learn to allow competition without harassment.I like the TS reporters and editors but didnt mention TS above because their management sucks. They are lucky to have the reporters and editors they have now, hardworking and fair.
