Michael Winarski released yesterday, rearrested for assault and battery in jail lobby


EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell confirned that 33 year old Michael Winarski of Butte County was arrested related to the incident at the jail yesterday.

Winarski, who was arrested and booked yesterday for PC 240, assault and battery, also has been a "guest" at the Shasta County Superior Court.
