Local attorney's concealed and carry permit did not have that gun listed. Even with a concealed and carry permit, you cannot carry a weapon into the local courthouse.

Ok. So why should he be treated any differently than anyone else entering a courthouse or anywhere else that guns are prohibited? I didn't know it was there? So, that excuse has been used through the years for a lot of things. I say he needs an attorney and should be prosecuted just like everyone else. I'm not anti-attorney but I also feel that they should be held accountable just like everyone else. I am an upstanding citizen and you can bet your ass I wouldn't be getting off with the oh I fogot and oops, this isn't my conceal to carry weapon.
