Justice, again for HCSO Deputy Bang Cao; victory again for Ms. Kelly Neel

William Nelson lost his appeal. For the second time justice was served for HCSO Deputy Bang Cao, who Nelson shot at, while Deputy Cao was attempting to serve civil papers.


The case was prosecuted by former Deputy DA Kelly Neel, who is now a Deputy Public Defender.
