Court testimony in preliminary : Uber claimed Domenico called him faggot multiple times and threatened to burn his home down

Anthony Domenico's preliminary hearing just concluded. He was held to answer on both charges. Arraignment on information September 14 at 8:30 a.m

Two HCSO deputies and KIEM Reporter Monica Petruzzelli testified.


Count 1 Arson; of a structure inhabitated by Thomas Allen Uber. Count 2, Assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm; a tree branch. Alleged victim, Uber.

Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis  is representing Domenico. Deputy District Attorney AJ Kamada is prosecuting the case.
