Brett Visser has filed a claim for asset forfeiture in the amount of $72, 664

Brett Visser has a civil case, asset forfeiture claim hearing this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 4. He is claiming $72, 664 in currency.

His attorney, Mr. Patrik Griego has filed a claim. Mr. Nims appeared for Mr. Griego today. The matter was continued to "coincide with the criminal case."

The arraignment for him and co defendant Anne Clarke is set for September 5.
