"The issue we have had since the beginning is that many public officials and others have painted a picture that Kyle was in a fight at the party which is false."

Message to the community from the Zoellner family:

"The issue we have had since the beginning is that many public officials and others have painted a picture that Kyle was in a fight at the party which is false. There was no fight.  What actually took place was a group of men beat Kyle up and Kyle never had a chance to defend himself.  Once everyone realizes that a "fight" did not take place but an assault & battery did take place, people will be asking the same question we are; why has the DA not filed charges against the men that beat Kyle up?"

  1. Why has the DA not filed charges against the men that beat Kyle up?

Because that would be "insensitive" and "racist", obviously. Being politically correct these days means ignoring the ill behaviors of minorities and granting them special treatment in the name of "equality."

  2. The DAS office is a bunch of looser and don't want justice for all. They just want fame for the cases they do. They don't consider Kyle beating by a bunch of savages as a race crime, so they won't prosecute

  3. Has APD forwarded an investigative file and complaint request regarding those who beat Kyle? Because that's the first step.

“This is absolutely an open and ongoing case… It is being worked on literally every day. We continue to interview and identify witnesses,” said Chapman.

DA does not file without the report/request. And given how well APD did the first time around, it would be nice to have all the reports in for review.

Has Chapman been asked straight out if he has sent such a request, with all the new witnesses he says APD is interviewing?

    1. On 6/7/17, I did a post that APD did send a report to the DA, according to Kyle's uncle, Jay Zoellner.
