Eric Lively to be arraigned tomorrow on one count of murder

Eric Lively arraignment on information scheduled for June 8 at 8:30 a.m.. Charge for the jury trial is the same as the preliminary hearing; one count of murder. Lively is charged with the death of Jesse Simpson.

Jury trial scheduled for July 31. Lively is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Adrian Kamada is prosecuting this case.
