Why was this Justice for Josiah poster up before the complaint against Kyle Zoellner was dismissed?

This poster up at CR is time stamped May 1.

The complaint against Kyle Zoellner was dismissed May 5.

  1. Tampering with evidence? Perjury? Who approved this for posting? Isn't that libel?

  2. seems like the BLM have been after "white boy" (Kyle) for awhile... Maybe they knew what was going to happen because obviously someone is hiding the truth

    1. Despite evidence posted on this blog, despite evidence of citizens being harassed on tv coverage, Arcata City Council and HSU have allowed whoever is flaming this racial rhetoric and misleading information to continue. The community can find these things out, in the meantime what is APD doing? Have people been fingerprinted? Have these posters and messages been investigated?

  4. CR was plastered with these papers. In the bus stop alone there were a half a dozen up. There were more in library. Those were the only 2 places I went today, so I am sure they are in more places. Most likely up for graduation tomarrow.

  6. the dead black was a racist.
that has already been established by his facebook page.
he was in a racist, black gang.
that racist gang jumped on Kyle Z.
the blacks admitted it in court.

the dead black probably fell on his own knife

and the cops stood down, enabling the guilty crew.

    shame on Arcata

shame on racist, enabling, sanctuary-city sjw con artists.

  9. Hey John, Did you know that CR had a sheriff posted up at the library so the girls could take there finals in safety, because of all the death threats from BU?
Also another point, the girls were the only ones, that stayed behind at the scene to give there witness statements. Would someone guilty or hiding anything do this? I contend NO way!!!!!! Everyone else left.

  10. i saw the flyer they were passing around at the protest. do you know they are calling this a hate crime?... I'm in disbelief, didn't they jump & beat the hell out of a white kid who was, by their own account, not being aggressive? what about the craigslist post about the kid ellijah being the one who did it on accident, while trying to stab the 'white boy'? these BU kids are the ones screaming hate crime while they are the ones committing them! racism goes both ways, its not ok to profile or hate someone based on the color of their skin, whether their skin is black, brown, yellow, red or white!... You cant scream around about prejudice when you are perpetuating it... they jumped & beat that kid, period dot, there were enough witnesses to attest to him being knocked out when the stabbing happened for them to let the kyle kid go. the more they try to point the finger of blame on someone whos been proven innocent the more it makes me look at those doing the pointing!....

    1. Here is a comment on LOCO from Arcata dad.

"I was assaulted by Lawson, Chandler, Bobodilla and others January 16 this year. I filed a police report at the time, but learned the identity of my assailants as a result of media coverage of the stabbing. I incurred a concussion and about $3000 in hospital bills, missed many days of work and felt unsafe in my neighborhood for months later. I have followed up recently with the DA and APD. It's unlikely that any charges will be filed, but there were witnesses."

  12. HSU should by all means expel all those that belonged to the "CLUB". That club is the result of a deadly stabbing and now that is linked directly the HUMBOLDT STATE UNIVERSITY.

  13. Can anybody tell me why APD did not arrest the guys that beat Kyle Z that night? Last I checked to beat somebody to that extent is NOT legal. And It's no secret who did the beating, that is known to all. So why are they all still walking around with no charges??

  15. I have been following this whole case in reading everybody's comments and it is odd to me. I am not racist in the slightest and I'm reading all this information and it seems like the people who want justice for Josiah are the racist ones exactly. Saying white boy etc. from all the information that I've read this does not seem to be a racist crime whatsoever it was a party people were drunk people got out a hand tragically a young man got killed. And I saw this Zoellners face. Someone beat him up a very very badly obviously. But what I do see is some people making comments to make this crime and the lack of a suspect all the worse. All of a sudden it's a racist. If it had been two black guys into white guys then what? It was a tragic thing that happened clearly. But it was a big party and everybody was drunk there were chicks that wanted to fight other chicks etc. And I noticed on the post the closed fist which was also a symbol of Blank Panthers. Cmon stop trying to make this a racial thing
