Liz Smith needs our help, please reach out to her. Liz, if you are reading this, please contact law enforcement or a friend

After a video that was posted 13 hours ago, by Elizabeth Smith, the former executive director of the Boys and Girls of the Redwood, friends have been frantically trying to reach her.
In that video, Liz says it is 12:32 a.m. this morning. She says she is in heaven because she has been crucified. Liz says she wants to thank Dale Warmuth for being her Judas. She names other local Boys and Girls Redwood board members such as Phillip Nicklas, Christopher Miller. She names Patrick Cleary, Dylan Sacco, and others.

I am posting this so Liz can see how many people care about her.

I join them in asking Liz to please reach out for help and let someone, anyone, know you are okay. You are loved by so many people. Liz, you have been the light for so many people, please, please, call someone.

Liz reached out to me minutes after she was placed on administrative leave, because she trusted me to tell her truth by people who she claimed had wrongfully vilified her.

I was not going to link the video but since I posted this, harassing anonymous trolls sent me four comments in less than ten minutes. Two I deleted because it is the same person in caps I am aware of but the other two insulting/threatening comments I saved them. You losers need to quit playing your games. Do not threaten me when a woman is in distress. Also, if anyone mentioned in the video choses now to make a comment, make it in your own name, you did not respond to me when I first did the previous post.

    1. I dont know you but Thank you. Too many ppl are to quick to look the other way or to protect others who are doing wrong and I applaud you for not taking that route. Liz (and yes I know her personally) has been at the boys and girls club since my children was little and has done a great job and provided many new adventures for them. Why all of a sudden is she being vilified? Whatever the reason wether personal or professional, the adminstration should not be putting her business up for blast or subjecting her too ridicule. Shame on them after so many years of service! Is this how she is treated? To her former administrators,
GOOD Job for stealing her thunder!

    2. Thank you Stacey. Since, I did that last post, not once has the board reached out to me. Some of these people know me, know how to get hold of me. Conveniently answering questions to other media who won't push with real questions is the easy way out. I appreciate your comment. In a small town, calling out the status quo can have consequences, and Liz deserves better.

  3. Why would you put Dylan Sacco on blast like that?

    1. Did you bother reading the post? If you did, you should know he is one of the board members mentioned in the video. Why is that relevant? A link has been provided for background. Try reading the related post and try watching the video and educating yourself before you comment.

  5. She deserved so much more from this County, so much more. Pushing my fear & anger aside, I have this to say; If you haven't stood up for her yet, do it now! If there is a POC, LGBTQ+ individual or Woman in your life who expresses to you the things that Liz (and so many others for so very long) has, stand up for them now, listen to them, take the torch for them for a bit, it's such an easy thing to do and so many people are silent, so many people when we need your help with Humboldt's racist, homophobic, sexist discrimination shut us down. The simple "I know but what can we do to change it" or the "are you suuure they were being _____ (insert racist, homophobic, sexist)" is so much worse than when it's happening to us, just speak up, stand up, it doesn't have to be a big deal it can be done quietly, just do something, anything is better than placating the existing "Good Old Boys Club"
She needs and needed all of you to stand with her.
