EPD and medical responders report to call near Samoa bridge of alleged drug overdose

Reader sent in these photos and information:

Police and first responders  along with ambulance crew a railroad tracks under Samoa bridge attending to report of male subject; alleged drug overdose.

I checked with EPD's Brittany Powell:

At about 3:30, EPD responded to assist Humboldt Bay Fire and City Ambulance on a medical call.  Officers cleared, handled by medical.
