"Then he dragged her into the shower, washed her off, threw her on a mattress, and forced her head to his groin and forced her to orally copulate him."; another Lusk victim, and more?

Not all of  Thomas Lusk's victims filed complaints. I have heard privately from people; I had one woman share my last post and wrote about her experience with Lusk.

This is from that post:

"Just a couple weeks before he got caught he was telling me how he was gunna rape me and force me to marry him and have his baby."

The case against Lusk that ended in a plea deal this morning involved two victims; one from 2015 and one from 2016. An additional count was added for yet another victim before the plea was accepted.

Deputy District Attorney stated the factual basis for Count 14. "In March 2015, Jane Doe #4 went to the Lusk residence. Jane Doe #4 was familiar with the defendant's father, who was an acquaintance. She went there to acquire a ride."

"When she arrived at the residence, she only found the defendant there. She was allowed to enter and use the bathroom. The defendant entered the bathroom and began beating her with his fists. He cornered her in the restroom and the defendant began to defecate. He restrained her from leaving. She tried to escape. He wiped his feces on her. Then he dragged her into the shower, washed her off, threw  her on a mattress, and forced her head to his groin and forced her to orally copulate him. After he ejaculated, she was able to escape."

"He chased her. She fled in the middle of the night and sought refuge in the neighboring residence. "

Explaining the reason why the People dismissed Counts 1 through 12, Ms. Eads said, "After great deliberation and after yesterday's ruling, rather than force Jane Doe to remain in custody and putting her through the traumatic experience of facing the defendant," the People made this decision. She added that  Lusk had agreed to a lengthy incarceration and that was also a factor.

She added that after his release, hopefully he would be committed to a state hospital.

I spoke with Ms. Eads briefly after court. Upon release, if Lusk is referred to the County for assessment by two doctors; and if they find he meets three primary criteria for a sexually violent predator, a petition can be filed for him to be committed to  a state hospital, according to the law for sexually violent predators.
