HCSO doing "active, ongoing investigation" on death of Brials McCutcheon

I contacted the Humboldt County Sheriff's office today to follow up on the autopsy of Brials McCutcheon, the victim in the Pine Hill shooting.

I asked about the status of the investigation.

HCSO Sgt. Diana Freese, who responded to the initial crime scene told me today that it is an "active ongoing investigation" and releasing any details right now would jeopardize the investigation but HCSO will release information via a press release, as soon as they are able.
