Non injury traffic collision with "vehicle buried in building" on 4th and Broadway

Operation Safe Streets:


Eureka Police are out with a non injury traffic collision at 4th and Broadway.  Vehicle is "buried into the building" according to the officer on scene.   Roadway reportedly clear as second involved vehicle reportedly fled the scene.
