People rest, closing arguments in the Jonas Semore case tomorrow morning

After the testimony of forensic pathologist Mark Super this morning, the People rested their case in the Jonas Semore jury trial around 10:15.

At 10:55, the defense did not provide an opening statement but briefly called defense investigator Adam Laird to the stand. No cross examination by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees.

Mr. Laird testified that  he drove from Dan Reynolds house to the hospital.  It's 6.6 miles and took him 11 minutes 47 seconds to get there driving the posted speed.

Closing arguments tomorrow at 9 a.m.
