No other candidate besides John Fullerton has filed form to fundraise, yet

According to Eureka City Clerk Pam Powell, "John Fullerton filed FPPC Form 410 to begin fundraising for Ward 4 Council seat.  No one else has filed any FPPC forms to fundraise. The official filing period for nominations will be July 18 thru August 12, 2016. "
