EPD arrests Harry Potter's evil cousin William Gail Potter ?

From Humboldt County jail reports:

William Gail Potter arrested by EPD on a foreign warrant yesterday  and booked at 11:16 p.m VC10851 (a) and PC 3000.08(c)

The most unusual name in Humboldt Superior Court so far goes to Planet Mcanic.
