Bullock's fingerprints found on glass tumbler and one of empty scotch bottles near Fr. Freed's body

This morning was the first time during Mr. Wilcox 's testimony that fingerprint evidence linking Gary Lee Bullock to the crime scene was mentioned.

Bullock's fingerprints were found on glass tumbler and one of empty scotch bottles near Fr. Freed's body. There were three bottles in total recovered by the body.

For the first time today, a reference was made to a plastic sealed bag which has "St. Bernards Vigil Mass " written on it and placed against Fr. Freed's body.

The bag was never opened by law enforcement. This was not mentioned in court but that is that type of bag is used for collection during mass.
